OD Partnership Network Papers
The CEO members of the OD Partnerships Network are at the forefront of delivering needed change in health care. They recognise that by reflecting alongside fellow CEOs who are also at the forefront; by working with people who are skilled at linking theory to practice; and by developing improved theory and practice along the way, they will be better able to meet the challenges they face. Most of the papers in this part of the site are by-products of this process. A few have been published, but the majority have been written by some combination of subscribing members; core staff; and/or Network Associates and are therefore, unlikely to be available elsewhere. Most of the papers are focussed on relatively specific challenges or issues that have mattered – and in many cases still matter – to our members. Almost all therefore, reside at the interface between theory and practice. There are about 55 papers divided into thirteen categories as follows:
- The OD Partnership Network
- The Changing NHS
- 21st Century Health Care
- Really Managing
- The Disconnected Hierarchy and Other Dilemmas
- What Leaders Need to Do
- Partnerships and Collaboration
- User Engagement and Community Involvement
- Equity, Fairness and Trust
- International Seminar papers
- CEO Policy Seminar papers
- Development for and with members
- Briefing papers
You should be able to search the papers relatively quickly as no category contains more than eight papers.
